CNBM Nigeria is the first calcium silicate board production enterprise invested by Chinese enterprises in West Africa, with an annual production capacity of 5 million square meters, and it is the first production enterprise in the overseas strategic layout of Sinoma-EC's energy-saving new material sector.

In recent years, CNBM Nigeria's production and sales have increased significantly. Production and operation have bucked the trend and reduced costs and increased efficiency. From raw material procurement, power system renovation to process system optimization and other aspects, the company has achieved a 726% year-on-year increase in production capacity, a significant increase in capacity utilization, and a 36% year-on-year decrease in costs.

Market development adopts the sales strategy of “distribution as the mainstay, supplemented by direct sales”, developing more than 200 dealers, initially forming a sales network covering 70% of the Nigerian market, and adopting hierarchical management to achieve win-win situation, with sales volume increasing by 506% year-on-year, which builds up the foundation for the company to further stabilize and develop the market.

The proportion of localized employees is as high as 94%, of which 6% were promoted to middle-level and key positions. The company has formulated a relevant promotion and benefit and salary system for localized employees to enhance their sense of belonging and make a good talent reserve for further production expansion.
